Choir Officer Job Descriptions

Meetings will be held one day per month during RAP. 

Class President:

• Helps to organize choir events, plans in class team building/social activities. 

• Serves as a student liaison of ideas, opinions, and issues. 

• Helps promote choral events within the school and community. 

• Communicates meeting minutes with class. 

Class Secretary:

• Records meeting minutes

• Helps to organize music for the class- distributing and collecting music.

• Responsible for recording attendance in class and at events. 

• Keeps record of class calendar and serves as a reminder to students of requirements.

Class Historian:

• Take pictures of events during the school year

• Collect Senior photos in the spring

• Make end of the year slideshow for the POPS Concert

Social Media Chair- 

• Plans, organizes, and organizes social media posts.

• Job is to make the choir visible in the online community and to let people know what we are up to. 

Choir Librarian 

• Organize choral library using numerical filing system

• Responsible for maintaining organization of current and new sheet music.
